Rundle Real Estate

The Rundle neighbourhood, in the north eastern section of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, takes its name from Robert Terril Rundle, a mid-19th century missionary that worked throughout Western Canada. Part of the building boom of the mid-1970s, Rundle was developed in 1973, consisting of single family homes at the time. Even today less than two percent of the housing has converted to condos or apartments. About 63 percent of homes are owner occupied.
