Dover Real Estate

Dover is a great residential area in the south east of our fair city but is also relatively central. It's borders consist of the Peigan Trail, 36th Avenue East, 26th Avenue South, and the Deerfoot Trail. The community was founded in 1971 although the city amalgamated the land that the neighbourhood resides on in 1961.

Demographically the community has a little over 10,000 residents, and could be quite close to 11,000 these days as the city grows. The average income in Dover is below the city average, consistent with this about 1/3 of all properties in the community are occupied by renters.

There are a number of great amenities in the area that residents have easy access too, and there are a few schools for families in Dover to choose from for their child's education.
