Christie Park Real Estate
The Christie Park neighbourhood is located in Calgary, Alberta in the southwestern part of the metro area. Its boundaries include Strathcona Park at north and Sarcee Trail at the east. Its southern and western borders are 17 Avenue S. and 69 St. W. at the west. The Municipal District of Rocky View annexed the Christie Park land in 1956 to the City of Calgary. Christie Park’s establishment as a neighbourhood occurred in 1990.

As of 2006, 2,205 people lived in Christie Park, and its median household income was $102,664 in 2000. Approximately 94 percent of its dwellings are single-family homes. In 2009, the average single-family house sold for $793,365, and the average condominium unit sold for $377,770.
Educational institutions include public elementary schools Olympic Heights and Westgate, Vincent Massey and Bishop Pinkham junior high schools, as well as Ernest Manning and Western Canada high schools. Private schools include John Costello and Holy Name elementaries, St. Gregory and St. Michael junior high schools, as well as St. Mary’s and Bishop Carroll high schools.
